Surface Pro - Getting MODO to work with pen input

When you first start up MODO on your Surface Pro and try to use the pen to navigate, it'll have a bit of a stroke. Here's the fix. 

1. Open up the MODO preferences
2. Go down to Input/Remapping
3. Switch Input Device to "tablet"
